Proclaiming God's Kingdom

Jesus gave Gifts to Men

Well; I am writing this the day before Christmas Eve. I left Kathy decorating the house for the grand kids, and wrapping up Christmas gifts. She is in good spirits, she has the blessings and gifts to give to those she loves. On the other hand the spiritual gifts comes from the one in whom all the celebration is about, the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ. Jesus is the only one who gives eternal gifts, those that can come from no one but Him. We have been sharing those gifts, and of course, it is His faithful servants He gives us to love together and serve Him for His glory. Today we again want to focus on the true gifts. Cliff and Tina are a couple of those faithful unmovable servants the Lord gave us to make us function with the unction He has put in them. Cliff and my brother Roger met in Bible Collage. They became very close friends, and on Rogers invitation moved to Florida and lived with Roger and Lynn for awhile, got a place, settled in, and became like part of the family. Cliff was very instrumental in the starting of the ministry that Kathy and I were called to that brought us where we are at LOTWT. He left His fellowship in which we were all a part and followed the call of the ministry with us. His wife Tina continued to serve there, and some time later was lead here serving with Cliff. Tina had great gifts and experience in many areas as teaching, leading praise and worship, and even number one assistant and secretary to her former pastor. Together these two have blessed and carried praise and worship at times, and have headed up our education ministry as well as teaching, decorating, and keeping the flow going for our children’s ministry. Cliff serving as an elder here for many years has often been the wisdom from the Lord to take the board of elders where we needed to go.  Just as with all the other great people here we  do not have time or enough expression to even mention nearly all they have done and continue to do, but with this we say we cannot thank you enough for your faithful love and service to us and our Lord. We all love you blessing and Merry Christmas from us all.
